Well, for those of you that like to practice with your gun before you get to the field, I'm sure you have seen the different practice paintballs available. The two I have seen are the following.
Rubber Paintballs: (a.k.a. TBalls)
Pros. These are nice to use if you are looking for something cheap without mess.
Cons. These are heavier than paint and can cause SERIOUS damage if you are not carefull where you shoot. Plus to use them correctly you are supposed to add oil to your barrel so they fly right.
VBalls: (these are what I use around my home)
Pros. These are fuzzy little light velcro paintballs that also come with a target. They are light and fly very much like a paintball. An added plus if since they are fuzzy, they will actually clean out your barrel as they are fired. All you have to do to clean them is put them in the washing machine.
Cons. Since they are fuzzy, I have notice some strands from the fuzz left in my barrel after being used. They also tend to stick together a little when they are in you hopper, but if you have an electronic hopper like a VL Revolution then they will be fine.
If anyone has any thoughts about these or know of any other types of practice balls, then lets hear about it.

Do they scratch the barrels? Where can you buy them in the city?

The VBalls don't scratch anything....they are fuzzy. I have seen them at a couple of PB stores in N.Ky such as Outerlimits Sports on SR 16 and Crossfire Paintball on Dixie Hwy. I know you can buy them online too. They are about $35.00 for 100 balls and target. I'll bring mine with me on Saturday if anyone wants to take a look.

Do you know if they will scratch the inside finish of a barrel?
Do you have any of those?

I don't have any T-Balls
I have heard they CAN scratch your barrel that is why they need to be used with oil in your barrel.
That is one of the biggest reasons I likes the VBalls better then the T-Balls

Thanks for showing us your Fuzzy V-Balls ... I think they are a great idea if they do not scratch the barrel.
I found some for sale online at Paintballgear.com for $34.99 for 100 Balls plus Target (look at the Paintball section - Vballs Target Balls). Where did you get yours?
Tony even thought of a new game. Wear a Velcro Vest and shoot each other (game or challenge). If they stick, then you are out! Perfect for that "In the House Game!"

I don't remember where I bought mine at...It was a site on the net. That sounds like the same price I paid.
