Would like to buy any 80cu or 120cu scuba tanks in good condition with recent hydrotest.

You might be better off buying one new. Hydo testing is Expensive, and you Still have to get a Visual Inspection Yearly.
My Scuba Shop allows me to get my tank filled by a Non Certified Diver for $6.00 ($6.40 with tax) And he lets me fill up two 47 ci tanks first (up to 3000psi each)
All because I bought the tank from them

I bought a tank on Ebay for $50 and it is still in hydro till the end of this year.

Go ahead and tell him how much shipping was.
And how much it costs to fill up your tank.

From ebay Tank = $50 (80cu, 3000psi) Shipping = $20
Fills = $10 (local dive shop, and they like paintballers)
Hydro Test (due this year) = $25 (that is what the dive shop quoted me)
