Everyone should Referee a Paintball Game! At least 1 Speedball and 1 Woods Game.
As an Unbiased Observer, you see alot of Strategies and Tatics in motion. Some work and some don't. You also see how certain players approach their current situation (file for future refrence). This is a Free and usually painless way to learn the art of paintball. Yes, there is an "art" to this "game", but that's another subject ....
You will be suprised what you can learn from others just by watching!

Yeah when i ref some of the speedball games you do tend to find out what each player is good at and what each is a little scratchy on, and for the record it is not a painless way to learn the "art"

That's why I said "usually"
Red Dragon has a Clear "Riot Sheld" for their Ref's. Iv'e even seen Snow Saucers used for shields.
