How does everybody feel about Radios and Walkie Talkies?
The new Proteus Mask supports them, and I seen them use many times on differnt fields. Of course, this would not apply to Speedball players.

I'm cool with them. It is hard to get enough radios though (costs too much). Plus it is normally too easy for someone on the other team to pick up what you are saying.

I have used them. They work great. I have a few pair of them. The guys I usually play with all have a pair so the only problem is to bring them to play, as far as someone geting on your freq. it'd be hard as most FSR radios have a code so you can program them to what ever you like. forfire or firefox makes a throat mic so you can wisper and still be able to talk. but you need a radio with VOX on it. For wood ball they would make your fire team and break the other as you could adjust your fire team to one side. If you have a hands free on your radio that would work as well the only problem is your gun would make the radio transmit when it went off. While I was in the Army any one who could tell you that a fire team that had commo would rule the field. I hope this help. also if you go to try out a new radio make sure that it does not beel when your done talking as I have seen alot of them give you away with a beep after you done.

I have had bad luck with the throat mic's , especially the ones that thingys has for sale, they work poorly, there is way too much outside noise.
The ones I plan on getting are the kind that the secret sercvice and FBI opratives use, they are in ear and have no external mic, they pick up your voice through your ear canal.
I will post my findings here, I have found them on ebay for under $20
