Well, if I remember the Halo is nice because it changes the direction it spins based on the tilt of your gun. The Empire is nice because it spins everytime you shoot. The thing I don't like about the Empire is that sometimes I don't want my loader to spin because the sound may give away my possition.
I just use a Revolution w/x-board myself. Unless you are shooting 20+bbs you really don't need anything more.

halo with rip. just more reliable. and your gun would give away your position before your hopper does. because the empire loader operates ont he sound of your gun. go for the halo or eVLution 2

Well, you could also get a REALLY CHEAP agitating loader, and then read some of the posts I made in the "Markers" selection under "Cool Stuff". One of those sites I posted about had instructions to wire up an agitating loader so that it runs every time the trigger is pulled.

The halo front man lcd does that not the halo b your revy can do only 15 unless you added a third battery like some old school players. My halo b does 32bps.
Empire B: you relie on sound which means that the hopper has delays time with balls not feeding with gravtiy and having to be pushed in by the firce feeding system you run into the potential problem of not having htem there the split second you need them.
Halo B: Well this relies on a eye which is a fast reactiontime for the aggitation.
Rip-Drive: This is only to giver you 10 shoot bursts in case your bateries die (which shoulden't happen cause the hopper tells you when it is low)you crank the gear which use the drive bet to spin it a single turn. This attachment of the gear puts weight on the rotating cup that feeds the balls into the gun. And those slows down the feeding system, and if you buying a 140 hopper i am guessing you want all the speed you can get. Right?
So would say go with the halo b i did and i love it. I will let you try if you want kyle.

I am with ps2paintball on this one the halo is slower than the empire loader. one cause its sound active so you dont wait for it in the halo you have to wait for the eye to detact it. With the empireyou can use dark color balls too cause there is no eye + 4 aa instead of 6 = money saved.
But thats my opinion it comes down to your choice I would check on the eggy it works good on my karni
