Bassiacally, any gun is a good gun(if your willing to do mantianance and spend money on upgrades) It all comes down to personal preferance of the player, and or the money issue. I personally would buy a Osiris Autococker over any other gun on the market if i could afford it. but seeing how its hard for a teenager to get off thier lazzy behinds and get a job, my finacial support it limited. Over all, im happy with my autococker (when it works )

Yeah tippmanns are really great with not having to mess with them. There are also some good tippmanns out there like mine with all those upgrades (except one the response trigger, which im not getting), but i think autocockers are better in so many ways besides that they mess up every sec. Both companies should just come together and make a autocoker thats as durrable as a tippmann.

now that is just genius. an autococker as durable as a tippman. now you talking. I would be interested in that. I bet that would be some high doller equipment though

so, what makes an autococker less durable than a tippmann? why do you think that the tippmann is one of the most durable guns ont he market? lets hear some feedback.

Well, as long as you dont mess around too much with your cocker or don't run over it with your car, they are just as strong as a tippy.

If there was a way to invet a cocker, with the "rag tag" assembily line of guns like an ak-47. Then it would not be as great as it is now. Cockers demand perfection.

Now on the other hand, if a tippman is inveted to the perfection of an autococker. Then that would be an awsome gun.

i still dont see any reasons why autocockers are less durable. autocockers were made to preform on a higher level than tippmanns, thats why they made them. and i dont think Bud Orr would cut back on the durability of the cocker.

Tim Tippman markers are by far the best markers available.
Autocockers you mean (non autocockers). the more exspencive the gun the more problems you have. ---------------------------------- Tim i am going to have to embarase you, i like ya but i have to do it. Lol.
An autococker is based on the sniper paintball marker developed in the late 80's by bud orr. He made this out of frustration of using the single cocking turning prcedures of the older guns. The pumping rod stuck out of the front of the gun (where the pneumatics sit ona currnet day autococker) which what pumped for each shot. Hence the pump gun title. Then the race for the semi- gun began the first semis reunreliable and broke down constntly then the race for the fully automatic gun began. The first company to develop a fully automatic marker was tippmann SMG(Pm to learn more pb history). Well bud orr keep working on his semi-auto gun and well he being a suba diver and engineer use different cycliders to recocker the gun useing other wise wasted gas. It AUTO matically COCKED the sear allowing for a shot every time you pulled the trigger. The accuracy it gets is because the bolt is closed when it fires the same as a pump which are more accurate then a semi most of the time.
