Tippman markers are by far the best markers available.
Autocockers??? you mean (non autocockers). the more exspencive the gun the more problems you have.

Yeah,I'll have to agree that tippmans last long and everything. But if tippman was so good, and they make good guns....why dont they make more? A-5,custom,procarbine...and thats it.If tippman makes them so "good" they should make alot more.Like spyders....there's a ton, like over 25.I think there are alot of guns out there that can beat tippmans.Anyways,I do admit that tippmans last long, but it still depends on the owner, and how well you maintain the gun,c'ya guys.

truly the tippmann 98c and A-5 are far superior in reliability and matinance that any high end semi-auto, especially autocockers

How come Mercedes Benz, BMW, Ferrari, & Lambourghini only make a few models?
Because that's what they are good at.
GM makes good ones too! And a whole bunch of Crap!
Dennis Tippmann beleives in quality - not Crap Diversification
I smell a Spyder... Time to go hunting!

I have two of them. One is Heavily Upgraged and the other just slightly.
They are CUSTOM 98's That means they were meant to be Customized by the owner for whatever suits their fancy.
I'm sure your gun is NOT STOCK right now.....
(now I'm gonna hear about this for awhile)

Se my point is that with tippmans alone they are pretty junky guns. It's only after you have upgraded them tremendously they are the dominating gun. And to tell the truth I would take a heavily upgraded tippman.

Actually, the Stock Custom 98 is a pretty good gun. As Equal to or better than the Stock Brass Eagle, Spyder or Piranha (anything other than Angels, Autocockers & Automags Class guns). They are durable, dependable, and do shoot pretty darn straight.
Everyboby upgrages to a better barrel, then the list gets shorter as to what you can do with most guns - but not the Custom. With the Custom, the possibilities are endless. And at a starting price of $120.00 for the gun itself, you really can't beat it!

Yeah but with stock tippmans "98s" the barrel is shorter then all get out and is the loudest gun I have ever heard. Dang. Spyders are quiet, but my Pirahna is pretty quiet and does quite well with nothing upgraded on it. booooooo yah
